Cheesy Garlic Chicken Pasta Casserole 🍗😋
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini)
1 lb cooked chicken breast, shredded
2 cups garlic Alfredo sauce
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with mozzarella and the remaining Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
