4-6 slices of cheddar cheese
6 strips of crispy bacon
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup flour (for coating the onions)

1 cup buttermilk (for soaking the onions)
1/2 cup vegetable oil (for frying)
1 large seeded bun (or any burger bun of your choice)
1 tbsp unsalted butter (for toasting the bun)
Favorite burger sauce, ketchup, or mustard
Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare Crispy Onions: Soak sliced onions in buttermilk for about 15 minutes. Mix flour, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat the onions in the flour mixture and fry in hot oil until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
2️⃣ Cook Beef Patties: Season beef patties with salt and pepper. Cook them on a grill or skillet over medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until cooked to your preferred doneness. During the last minute, add a slice of cheese to each patty to let it melt.
3️⃣ Cook Bacon: Cook bacon strips until crispy and set aside.
4️⃣ Toast the Bun: Spread butter on the bun and toast in a skillet until golden brown.
5️⃣ Assemble the Burger: Start with the bottom bun, place a beef patty with melted cheese, add crispy onions, then repeat layering with more patties and cheese as desired. Add crispy bacon on top.
